Welcome to the website for Blue Chip Tenerife. If you are looking for a holiday rental then please peruse through our apartments and villas (see below). All properties are in the South of Tenerife and we cater for all budgets, but without compromising on our own enforced high standards. We have an established base of good quality apartments and quite a few that we can call luxury. However even the least expensive apartments still meet our criteria of high standards of cleanliness and equipment within the apartment. All basic equipment and more is provided within our apartments and we do not charge extra for this.
For property owners who are looking for a property management company then we can provide a free inspection visit. We then provide a quotation for the services you require. We can provide weekly security checks - key holding as well as cleaning and laundry. Maintenance work and reformations can also be quoted for. We also provide a 24 hour emergency call out service.
